Every build starts with your business.
A short video introduction to Halora Technologies.

Established technology. Tailored to your business.

We select and connect the right tools for what your business needs.

The difference

Fully custom. Nothing to adapt to.

Every system is built around how your business actually works—not a fixed set of features you have to adapt to. Unlike off-the-shelf subscription software, there are no limits on reporting, data export or features.

If you need it, we build it.

What we build

Deep experience in manufacturing. Built for any industry.

Examples of systems we design—open-ended, not a fixed menu. Yours is shaped around your own process.

  • 01

    Machine monitoring & OEE

Real-time shop floor visibility, with uptime and downtime tracking.

  • 02

    Quality & inspection tracking

Inspection records and checks, kept in one place and easy to review.

  • 03

    ERP integration

Epicor, Sage, or any system your business already runs.

  • 04

    Production scheduling

A clear view of what's planned, running and behind.

  • 05

    Maintenance tracking

Planned upkeep and reported issues, recorded and followed up.

  • …or whatever's actually slowing your business down, in any industry.

You've invested in software. Why is your team still doing the connecting?

Most tools do their own job well. The gaps between them are where time disappears. If any of these sound familiar, there may be a better way.

  1. 01

    Information copied between systems

The same details are typed into email, spreadsheets and software.

Staff time goes on admin, not customers.

  2. 02

Progress and follow-ups that need chasing

Updates live in inboxes and people's heads.

    Customers get an inconsistent experience.

  3. 03

Processes bent to fit the tools

Work is adapted around software that doesn't quite meet the need.

Owners lack a clear picture of what's happening.

Services

Systems and software, shaped around your business.

From a focused tool to a connected platform, we start with what you need to achieve and design around how you work.

And more—built around you.

Don’t see what you need? These are starting points. Tell us what you want to improve, and we’ll explore the right approach.

Discuss your idea

AI where it earns its place. People where judgement matters.

AI is built into specific steps of your workflow, with human review wherever it's needed. Not every project needs it—many improvements come from a clearer process.

Extract

Pull key details from approved documents and emails.

Draft

Prepare replies, summaries and reports for your team to check.

Summarise

Turn long records into a clear picture.

Flag

Spot recurring patterns worth a closer look.

How it works

Clear scope before you commit.

  1. Step 1

    Understand

A direct conversation about your workflow, the people involved and what should improve.

  2. Step 2

    Demonstrate

A working prototype using fictional or approved data, so you can see it before committing.

  3. Step 3

    Build and pilot

We develop the agreed scope and trial it with selected users.

  4. Step 4

    Refine

Improve based on real feedback and agree ongoing support.

You speak directly with Curtis Hall—the person who'll design your system—from the first conversation onwards.

About

An engineering background. A practical approach to software.

Curtis Hall’s background is in CNC precision and manufacturing engineering—not just digital services. He has also run e-commerce businesses and worked in digital marketing. Halora brings that background to designing software around the work a business needs to get done.

Start with the job, not the technology.

For a manufacturing business, that means getting specific: what information does an operator need before starting a job? Where are hold-ups recorded? Who owns a quote that needs following up?

These are the questions we work through with you. The aim is straightforward: useful information for the people doing the work, clear handovers and a better view of what needs attention—not another system to work around.

What working together looks like

  1. 1

    You describe the problem

“We lose track of quotes once they're sent.”

  2. 2

    We map the workflow

Who's involved, where information lives, what triggers the next step.

  3. 3

    You see a prototype

A focused tool using example data, before any build commitment.

An honest example of the approach—not a client case study.

Questions, answered.

Do we need to replace our existing software?

Not necessarily. A focused system can work alongside what you have. Whether it can connect depends on the access your existing tools support—we check that first.

Does every project include AI?

No. AI is included where it has a useful role, with human review where needed.

What size of business do you work with?

Businesses of any size with a process worth improving. The conversation starts with the problem, not the headcount.

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope, integrations and support. A proposal sets out setup and ongoing costs before you commit.

How is our data handled?

Hosting, access permissions and AI data processing are agreed around your requirements. Prototypes can use fictional data.

What would software made for you change?

Describe the problem you'd like to solve or the improvement you have in mind. We'll explore whether a tailored system makes sense.

  • A direct conversation, no obligation
  • Clear scope before any commitment
